This Privacy Policy outlines how Amaron FZCO ("the Owner") collects, processes, and protects personal data of users in compliance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including but not limited to Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
DEFINITION OF TERMS
The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

- Website Administration – authorized Website management employees acting on behalf of Amaron FZCO (UAE), which organize and (or) process personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
- Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).
- Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without the use of such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, usage, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
- Confidentiality of personal data is a requirement for the Website Administration or any other person who has access to personal data to comply with the requirement not to allow their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal grounds.
- User of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a legally capable individual who has acceded to the public offer agreement of Amaron FZCO (UAE) (located at Public offer) in his own interest or acting on behalf and in the interests of the legal entity he represents.
- Cookies are a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which a web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time they try to open a page on the corresponding Website.
- IP address is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The User's use of the Website constitutes agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data.
- In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Website.
- This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website. The Website does not control and is not responsible for third party Websites that the User can access via links available on the Website.
- The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Website User.
SCOPE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
- This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Administration to non-disclose and ensure a regime for protecting the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Website Administration when registering on the Website or when performing other actions through the Website.
- Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out a registration form or performing other actions on the Website and may include the following information:

Processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with UAE data protection laws, including PDPL.
- The Website Administration may transfer personal data to third parties solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s requests on the Website.
- User's personal data may be transferred to authorized UAE public authorities only on legal grounds.
- In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration shall notify the User as per applicable laws.
- The Website Administration takes all necessary measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, or distribution.
- The Website administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
- The User is obliged to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date personal data.
- The Website administration is obliged to:
- Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in paragraph 3 of this Privacy Policy.
- Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written permission of the User, and also not sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of clause 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
- Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of User's personal data in the manner typically used to protect this type of information in existing business transactions.
- Block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of contact or request from the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or illegal actions.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
- The Website Administration is responsible for losses incurred by the User due to unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with UAE laws, except in cases where:
- the data was publicly available before disclosure.
- the data was obtained from a third party without confidentiality obligation.
- the data was disclosed with User consent.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Before filing a claim in court regarding disputes arising from the relationship between the Website User and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary resolution of the dispute).
- The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim notifies the claimant in writing of the results of consideration of the claim.
- If an agreement is not reached, disputes will be referred to UAE courts in accordance with applicable UAE laws.
WARRANTY
- The Website Administration protects personal information using all available security measures to reduce the risk of a security breach, in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL) of the United Arab Emirates and other applicable regulations.
- Data Storage: The Website Administration stores personal data only for as long as necessary to provide services or fulfill legal obligations. Once this period expires, the data will be securely deleted, anonymized, or archived in accordance with Article 9 of the UAE PDPL.
- Data Transfer and Cross-Border Processing: The transfer of personal data outside the UAE is permitted only under the conditions set by Article 22 of the UAE PDPL. Personal data may be transferred internationally if:
- the receiving country provides an adequate level of protection comparable to UAE standards.
- the User has provided explicit consent to such a transfer.
- the transfer is necessary for contract execution, legal obligations, or public interest.
- the UAE Data Office has granted special authorization for such transfers.
- User Rights on Data Processing:
- the User has the right to object to the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 14 of the UAE PDPL. Please note that this may affect the User’s ability to access some of our services.
- the User can withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Website Administration and clearly indicating their data and request.
- Access and Correction of Data:
- Upon request, the Website Administration will provide a copy of the User’s personal data in a readable format, in accordance with Article 13(6) of the UAE PDPL.
- The User may also request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- The User can access and correct their personal information at any time by logging into their account. The User has the right to know what personal data the Website Administration stores, as outlined in Article 13(1) of the UAE PDPL.
- Security Measures: The Website Administration implements technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, in compliance with Article 21 of the UAE PDPL.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
- The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
