Definitions:

• "the Owner" – Amaron FZCO, 42902 - 001, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Dubai, UAE; registered number: DSO-FZCO-40745;
• "the Website" and "the Websites" – Any website or websites owned by the Owner;
• "a Customer" - A company advertising goods or services on the Owners' websites, or a company potentially interested in advertising on the Owners' websites.

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the Owner of this Website and users of this Website. Any visitor of this Website viewing or using information placed on this Website in any way unconditionally agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please leave immediately.

1. General Conditions

   1. The Owner publishes advertising offers of their Customers on the Websites. The Owner's service is limited to providing business leads to interested parties (buyers, sellers, providers of additional services). The Owner does not act as an intermediary, agent, or representative of any person using the information on the Websites; the Owner only provides other parties with information on goods offered and the contacts of interested parties.
   2. Any person may apply for the publication of offers on the Owners' Websites; however, the specific amount and the way of publication must first be approved by the Owner.
   3. The Owner reserves the right to offer individual pricing for publication to each Customer.
   4. The Owners' databases are protected by UAE copyright laws and all applicable international agreements and conventions on copyright protection.

2. Business Relations and Payments

   1. Business relations between the Owner and their Customers are based on a Public Offer Agreement. Specific conditions for each Customer are outlined in the corresponding invoice issued by the Owner.
   2. A Customer expresses unconditional consent with the Owner's Public Offer Agreement by paying the corresponding invoice issued by the Owner.
   3. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any payments made comply with the UAE's financial regulations, including compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws.

3. Advertisement Publishing and Responsibility

   1. A Customer publishing advertisements on any Owner's Website confirms that the information in their advertisements is correct and has been checked by this Customer immediately after publication.
   2. If a Customer has claims regarding the published advertisement, they must contact the Owner within 24 hours from the initial publication. If no claims had been received during this period, it is considered that the Customer completely agrees to the information published in the advertisement, and the way the advertisement was published.
   3. By giving consent to publish advertisements on any Owner's Website, a Customer confirms that the information and data in the advertisement are the exclusive property and responsibility of the Customer. The Owner is not responsible for the contents of the Customers’ advertisements.
   4. By publishing advertisements, a Customer agrees that the Owner is authorized to use all information and images contained in the Customers’ advertisements for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
      • Publishing the advertisement on any of the Owners' Websites and third-party websites;
      • Using the information in advertising campaigns, pay-per-click campaigns, social networks, and business negotiations;
      • Other use of information to the discretion of the Owner of the Websites.
   5. A Customer, as the holder of exclusive rights to information and images contained in the advertisements it publishes on the Owners’ Websites, allows the Owner to change the information and images contained in the Customers’ advertisements in any way, and use this information and images for unlimited period of time.
   6. The Owner is not responsible for any damages or loss caused by incomplete publication of advertisements or by the usage of this information by third parties.

4. Legal Compliance and Dispute Resolution

   1. The Customer warrants that any advertisement placed on the Websites complies with UAE laws and regulations, including but not limited to consumer protection laws, e-commerce regulations, and intellectual property laws.
   2. The Owner reserves the right to remove any advertisements that violate UAE laws or regulations, or that may be deemed inappropriate.
   3. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiations. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

   1. The Owner reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification to any parties involved.
   2. These Terms and Conditions come into effect as of 07.02.2025 and shall remain valid until canceled or modified by the Owner.
