Fruehauf

The Fruehauf Trailer Corporation was founded in 1918 in Detroit (USA) as the manufacturer and distributor of trailers and semi-trailers, and subsequently became a major player in the transport industry. However, in 1997, the Fruehauf Corporation turned bankrupt. Nevertheless, some of the affiliated branches located in France, Mexico, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom continued Fruehauf manufacturing. This persistence contributed to the brand history.

Everything started when the first order arrived: to produce a trailer for a Ford T. This marked a significant moment in the history of Fruehauf trailer company. Over time, the company expanded and diversified its production and distribution business units globally.

The Bathtub container tipper for bulk cargo is made of aluminum and has a payload that reaches 5.7 tons. It's also available in various colors and can be fitted with a back door. The load weighing system is installed on the sideboard, which is more comfortable for load forwarders. The bathtub shape is considered an innovation in dump truck production, improving the charging/effort ratio. Several frame variations, such as a step frame, straight frame, or plain frame, are available across the equipment lineup.

The Bathtub dump truck made of aluminum has plain outer walls, making it a perfect option for complex transportation.

Fruehauf Floor is made of a 30 mm alloyed sheet, introduced in several versions. The vehicle's capacity ranges from 45 to 145 cu m.

The Ejector trailer, with a capacity of around 115 cu m, is designed for refuse transportation.

With the help of Bulk Blower, with a total payload of up to 6.7 tons, oversize and bulky cargo is transported. This trailer, made of aluminum and featuring a bathtub shape, also advances the charging/effort ratio.

The Performance Bathtub model of a tipper allows for increased payload due to its stable unsmooth platform and seamless 8 mm floor.

Halfpipe is intended to carry the smallest loads in the whole range, but thanks to its stability, the Halfpipe trailer successfully combines all of the features of the Fruehauf models.

The ExpressLiner semi-trailer is a closed box that provides a universal solution for transporting various types of cargo. Three Tandem models with a payload reaching 27-34 tons and a capacity of 87 cubic meters are included in this trailer portfolio.

The MaxiSpeed range consists of curtainsider semi-trailers with fixed or transfiguring heights and side curtains. All these Fruehauf models share the same payload capacity, reaching up to 34 tons.

MultiLiner includes 13 types of container transporters designed for different types of cargo, from general-purpose containers to those used for hazardous liquids.

The LoadRunner range is intended for construction works, with modifications designed for operation at harsh sites.

There are three types of MultiLoader flat semi-trailers: standard platforms, heavy-load platforms, and low platforms, all equipped with European-standard towing devices.
