What is ELKON's key to success?

In short, the key is in production! ELKON has five state-of-the-art plants with a production area of 85,000 m², where 24 fully automatic robotic production stations for welding, drilling, grinding, painting, etc. are used. That is why up to 90% of a concrete mixing plant is produced in fully automatic robot lines without human involvement. Thus, a sustainable level of quality is achieved in every product manufactured by ELKON.

ELKON has an annual production capacity of 500 concrete batching plants and annual sales of around 300 units. The wide range of products includes compact, mobile, on-site and stationary concrete batching plants with capacities from 30 cbm/hour up to 480 cbm/hour.

At the same time, the Turkish manufacturer does not forget about development and innovations in its product range. For this purpose, ELKON has a research and development center where new products and technologies in the field of concrete technology are thought through and developed.
